Check-Out Guide

You do not need to wash towels or bedding on your way out, this will be covered under your cleaning fee with the professional turnover service. However, it helps the cleaning service if you can remove the bedding from the areas you used. You can just pile it up in that room, no need to gather up everything in one place. This will help the cleaning service have a visual reference on the things they need to clean.

Please load and run the dishwasher before leaving. We do not expect every dish to be able to fit in the load, but it will help the cleaning service get a head start with the leftover items.

If you used the dog door for your furry family member, please ensure the door covering is placed back in the closed position. This helps keep the outside elements from blowing into the home. Also, please do a police call for dog poop in the backyard. We do not pay for a poop cleanup service because we do not want to pass that cost onto our guests.

Please return the following items (if used) to their original place:

• Air mattress

• Pack 'n Play

• Highchair

• Ironing board & iron

• Hair dryers

We are happy to provide as much fun and games while you stay with us. We would very much appreciate you returning items in their original place before you leave. Such items include:

• TV remotes placed on consoles and nightstands

• Board games, Foosball, and Cornhole returned to their original locations

• If the outdoor TV was utilized, the weather protector is placed back over the TV

We do not want you to forget your personal items that are important to you. Please ensure to do a final walkthrough of the closets, drawers, and the remaining living space. We cannot guarantee items will be able to be returned to you after your stay.

If your check-out date falls on a Tuesday or Wednesday, please ensure you move the trash bins to curb for the early morning pickup on Wednesday. The incoming guests may not be checking in until a later date so we would appreciate your help in ensuring they have an empty trash bin to use.
